Anti Burger Club Dinner #10: Collab with Chef Stephen Perez

In two weeks, Chefs Stephen Perez and Willet Feng will collaborate on the tenth Anti Burger Club dinner.

This dinner will feature itameshi, which is Italian food with Japanese touches.

We are also excited to offer several lesser-known Italian beers and wines that will pair well with the dishes. Japanese beers and sakes will also be available!

This dinner is not ticketed and there are no reservations. Food will be available for dine-in and takeout.

Whenever we look up at that section of the wall, we're reminded of the joy that food brings to people's lives, and we're reminded why we do what we do. How many burger restaurants have carrot flowers on the line? Chef Willet | @willetcooks takes great pride in taking the time to cut carrot flowers as the garnish for our side salad. It's extra special when Willet uses multicolor carrots, and the carrot flowers really pop in the salad.
