  • If you are trying to place an online order during regular business hours and the screen says “Online Ordering Not Open Yet,” “Not accepting orders right now,” or shows tomorrow’s date as the earliest day to order, it means we have temporarily reached our capacity for online orders and turned off online ordering.

    • During peak times, we turn off online ordering to ensure wait times are reasonable. You can still come down and order in person!

  • We do not take phone orders.

  • The prices on our online ordering platform (ChowNow) are the same as the prices in the store.

    • When you order online via Yelp or Google, the prices are increased by those companies. We have no control over those price increases, and those companies receive the extra money.

  • We are not on any third-party platforms like Uber Eats, DoorDash, or Favor.

  • Links to download the burger-chan app: ANDROID or APPLE

  • Delivery is available via our online ordering platform within a 7.5 to 8 mile radius. The delivery radius is preset by the third-party delivery company used by ChowNow.

    • All tips for online delivery orders go to the delivery driver.

    • Delivery is available from 10:30am - 2:45pm when online ordering is available during normal business hours.
