burger-chan at night is a vibe. Fridays and Saturdays, 10:30am-4:30pm, and 5:30pm-9:00pm.

Remember when I said not to get used to getting what you ask for? Well, here’s one more thing: we’re now open later on Fridays & Saturdays—so no more complaining about no dinner hours! New extended hours (starting May 9–10): ⏰ Fri & Sat: 10:30am–4:30pm, 5:30pm–9:00pm.

New shake flavor is something y’all have been asking for for a while…cookies & cream! We start with our house-made ice cream base, gently mix in OREO® cookie pieces, drizzle the cup with our house-made chocolate syrup, then top it all off with whipped cream, a cherry, and more crushed OREO®. Sometimes when y’all ask enough, we cave and give in. But don’t get used to it 😉.

It’s official: @dianewfeng and @willetcooks of burger-chan are partnering with @chefryanstewart of Silverlining Hospitality to kick off the next chapter of burger-chan! Ryan’s team will take over day-to-day operations, giving Diane and Willet the chance to focus on a few things they’ve had to put on the back burner—#emojibaby, each other, family, friends, and new projects. As we've grown older, we've realized we can’t do it all ourselves. Partnering with Silverlining will help burger-chan evolve and improve, but our core values stay the same. Even if Diane’s not on the floor and Willet’s not in the kitchen every day, they’ve instilled a deep culture of care, high standards, and the relentless pursuit of being just a little better every day. burger-chan will always be a place of community, great food, and warmth—a place where you feel safe, good, and taken care of.
